Reservation

When making a reservation at Casa Isabel, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Payment
  • The full payment for the reservation must be made at the time of its confirmation.
Modificación y Cancelación de la Reserva
  • Se podrán realizar modificaciones y cancelaciones en la reserva con al menos 4h horas de antelación a la hora programada sin coste alguno, para mesas inferiores a 12 comensales recibiendo la devolución de la reserva. 
  • En el caso de anular la reserva con menos de 4h de antelación, para mesas inferiores a 12 comensales la reserva no será devuelta.
  • Modifications are subject to availability.
  • En caso de mesas de más de 12 comensales la cancelación deberá ser con un mínimo de 24 horas de lo contrario el depósito de la reserva no será devuelto.
Customer Responsibility
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when making the reservation, including any dietary requirements or allergies.
  • Casa Isabel is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Cancellation by the Restaurant

Casa Isabel reserves the right to cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances. In such a case, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule the reservation or receive credit for future bookings.

Compliance with Local Regulations

All reservations are subject to local regulations and current health and safety policies. Casa Isabel reserves the right to make adjustments to reservations to comply with these regulations.
