Sean de cuchara o tenedor, estos platos calientan, reconfortan y nos hacen sentir bien.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suelen ser <strong>recetas tradicionales de toda la vida<\/strong> y la que vamos a ver hoy, el guisado de sepia con patatas, no nos sorprender\u00eda verla en la carta de cualquier arrocer\u00eda o restaurante de la Malvarrosa. No todo es paella en Valencia. La sepia guisada es un plato casero para disfrutar en familia (tambi\u00e9n en un local de la playa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>sepia o choco se puede pescar durante todo el a\u00f1o<\/strong>, pero, fuera de temporada, es normal que sea de mares lejanos. La mejor, como todo, es la fresca y de temporada y proximidad. En Valencia, tenemos tradici\u00f3n marinera de sobra para disfrutarla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se suele capturar con artes de pesca tradicional: l\u00edneas, anzuelos, nasas, poteras\u2026 y su temporada de <strong>captura perfecta es entre octubre y febrero<\/strong>. Es un producto de meses fr\u00edos para platos que combaten ese mismo fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veamos c\u00f3mo hacer un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recetasgratis.net\/Receta-de-Sepia-guisada-patatas-receta-27705.html\">guisado de sepia con patatas<\/a> para cuatro personas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. <strong>Limpiar bien y cortar<\/strong> en tiras 1,5 kilos de sepia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Preparar las <strong>hortalizas<\/strong>: cortar 300 g de cebolla y 1 pimiento en juliana, filetear 4 ajos, triturar 3 tomates maduros con la batidora y picar perejil. <strong>Pelar y cortar<\/strong> en rodajas gruesas 300 g de patata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Sofre\u00edr las <strong>cebollas, los ajos, el pimiento, el perejil y el tomate<\/strong> en una cazuela con aceite de oliva y una hoja de laurel. Hasta que todo quede blando y ligado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. <strong>Saltear la sepia<\/strong> en una sart\u00e9n muy caliente. A\u00f1adir el sofrito y un vaso de agua y cocinar hasta que la sepia se ablande.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. A\u00f1adir las <strong>patatas<\/strong> y dejar cocer 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.
