Como su nombre indica es una preparaci\u00f3n de fideos y su receta tiene muchas similitudes con la paella.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De hecho es una variaci\u00f3n de la misma, <strong>sustituyendo el arroz por pasta<\/strong>, lo que a la hora de prepararla implica cambios en la cantidad de caldo y en los tiempos de cocci\u00f3n. Pero por lo dem\u00e1s, comparten m\u00e9todos y el resto de ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, el ingrediente fundamental que define el plato es la pasta, que suele ser ahuecada. Al igual que con el arroz, existen <strong>m\u00faltiples recetas<\/strong> similares para preparar en paella o cazuela de barro. Aunque existen recetas de fideu\u00e0 de carne, verdura o pollo, la fideu\u00e0 con may\u00fasculas <strong>es un plato marinero preparado con pescado o marisco<\/strong>, ingredientes con los que cobra su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n en cualquier arrocer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La famosa fideu\u00e0 de Gand\u00eda sigue ese patr\u00f3n marinero. Se elabora partiendo de un suculento caldo o fumet de pescado, principalmente morralla y espinas de rape, que le dar\u00e1 un sabor intenso al fideo. Este se acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 de <strong>gambas y cigalas, mariscos muy sabrosos, y de carne de rape<\/strong>, un pescado de carne delicada pero firme. Esta fideu\u00e0 se aromatiza con ajo y piment\u00f3n dulce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva, es un plato de cuchara, contundente y muy sabroso, que t<strong>odo valenciano y visitante degusta y valora<\/strong>, sobre todo si es ante las vistas de la playa de la Malvarrosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
