En cualquier <a href=\"https:\/\/casaisabel.es\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>restaurante de la Malvarrosa<\/strong><\/a> o <strong>arrocer\u00eda de Valencia<\/strong> puede degustarse, pr\u00e1cticamente, a diario. Sin embargo, su tradici\u00f3n es longeva. Ya <strong>antes del nacimiento de Cristo<\/strong>, el principal ingrediente de este plato, los <strong>huevos<\/strong>, era un elemento de <strong>gran importancia en la dieta de fenicios o griegos y, posteriormente, de los romanos<\/strong>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fueron, precisamente, estos \u00faltimos los que, al adaptar una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abc.com.py\/articulos\/el-origen-del-flan-272427.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>receta griega<\/strong><\/a> consistente en <strong>mezclar huevos con leche<\/strong>, dieron forma a una receta denominada <em><strong>Tyropatinam<\/strong><\/em>. En concreto, esta elaboraci\u00f3n se compon\u00eda de <strong>huevos, leche y miel, cocinados lentamente y aderezados con pimienta<\/strong>. M\u00e1s tarde, en la <strong>Edad Media<\/strong>, este preparado <strong>se populariz\u00f3<\/strong>, por ejemplo, para el tiempo de <strong>Cuaresma<\/strong>, dada la prohibici\u00f3n de ingerir carne. Fue as\u00ed c\u00f3mo surgi\u00f3 el llamado <strong>flado<\/strong>, consistente en <strong>huevos cuajados, acompa\u00f1ados con pescado, verduras, miel, queso o frutas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.directoalpaladar.com\/postres\/flan-de-huevo-en-cazuela-receta-para-el-dia-de-la-madre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El <strong>flan<\/strong>, tal y como ahora se conoce<\/a>, <strong>procede de Francia y Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. En ambos pa\u00edses, la <strong>versi\u00f3n dulce<\/strong> del flado -hab\u00eda otra salada- empez\u00f3 a ingerirse como <strong>postre y ba\u00f1ado en caramelo<\/strong>. El flan o <strong>\u00abcreme renversee au caramel<\/strong>\u00bb lleg\u00f3, posteriormente, a <strong>Am\u00e9rica<\/strong> y su consumo se extendi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al tiempo, tambi\u00e9n se incrementaron sus variedades. As\u00ed, <strong>junto al tradicional<\/strong> -elaborado con huevos, leche y az\u00facar, como ingredientes primordiales-, <strong>aparecieron otras recetas<\/strong>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heraldo.es\/noticias\/gastronomia\/2014\/04\/25\/flan_chocolate_casero_284209_1311024.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El de <strong>chocolate<\/strong><\/a>, el de <strong>caf\u00e9<\/strong>, el de <strong>queso<\/strong>, el de <strong>coco<\/strong>, el de <strong>galleta<\/strong> o el de <strong>nata<\/strong> son algunas de ellas.
