No tendr\u00e1s dificultades para encontrar sus ingredientes en cualquier supermercado. Para un plato para 4 personas precisar\u00e1s:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 6 pimientos rojos<\/p>\n<p>. 8 cortadas finas de mojama (a\u00f1adir como salaz\u00f3n al final)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 250 gramos de bacalao que podr\u00e1s adquirir directamente desmigado<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ajo<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Sal<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n<p>Aunque algunas personas compran los pimientos en botes, te recomendamos que los <strong>ases en piezas enteras en el horno<\/strong>,\u00a0durante 30 minutos a 180 \u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1s planchar el bacalao\u00a0en una sart\u00e9n, para despu\u00e9s desmigarlo y colocarlo\u00a0en el plato donde lo servir\u00e1s, unido a los <strong>pimientos pelados y cortados en tiras<\/strong>.
